Distance Runners to Compete in Boston

BOSTON, Mass. – The Syracuse track and field teams' distance squads will travel to Boston to take part in the Terrier Invitational, hosted by Boston University on Saturday, Jan. 30. The meet will take place at Boston’s Track and Tennis Center and is slated to begin at 9:00 a.m.

Orange Women Shine at Cornell

The Syracuse University women's track and field team took home four first place titles at the Upstate Challenge hosted by Cornell on Friday, January 22 and Saturday, January 23. Junior Evan Stivala led the men of Syracuse, taking home the only crown for his team in the men's heptathlon high jump with a mark of 1.93m.

SU Travels to Cornell Upstate Challenge

The Syracuse University track and field teams heads to Ithaca to compete in the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 22-23. The weekend’s events are set to begin with the pentathlon/heptathlon on Friday at 4:30 p.m. in Cornell’s Barton Hall. Saturday’s first running events are scheduled for 9:30 a.m., while the field events will begin at 1:00 p.m. In addition to the Cornell Big Red, the Orange will face off against four other upstate schools, including Buffalo, Colgate, Ithaca, and Cortland.
